Sustainability actions

For an effective implementation and realization of accelerated advanced manufacturing of composites in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine, it is important that companies can continue their research and development on the technologies developed within the project, according to their needs and specific use cases. Additionally, the research performed by the end of the project will reveal certain gaps between the state-of-the-art and the current state-of-practice. As such, new research paths and guidelines will be defined.

Therefore, several sustainability actions are foreseen within the AACOMA project. Several follow-up projects will be defined and executed after the finalization of AACOMA. The collaboration will be open between companies with each other, or with the research partners. An overview for the funding mechanisms within the EMR region will be available for companies to guide them for funding the follow-up activities.

Finally, several workshops and matchmaking events will be organized to inform the companies of these funding mechanisms and aid the companies to define the follow-up projects based on their needs.
